12d Synergy we are looking for a prospecting superstar to join our National Sales team.
As a Sales Development Representative your role will play a key part in our ambitious growth plans to win new customers and to grow our customer base.
We are a growing but established company with a great reputation. We truly value our customer relationships so we’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships and will look after our customers, even before they’re our customers.
This is a newly created role where you will be responsible for supporting our BDMs by generating warm opportunities & opening doors. Day to day you will be undertaking company research, list creation and making outbound lead generation calls. You will need to be someone who has top notch research skills, a ton of tenacity, curiosity & charm to prospect, network & generate new leads.

Our software manages the mountains of emails, documents and data created around some of Australia and New Zealand’s most complex and awe-inspiring infrastructure projects, such as Sydney’s NorthConnex.

What we are looking for
At least 2 years’ experience in phone based, outbound B2B sales or lead generation
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to undertake in-depth research of companies via web searches and social media
Data-savvy with exceptional attention to detail
Keen to be part of a dynamic team with long-term plans to become a BDM
Self-starter with a commercial mindset.
Understanding of Engineering design software or related technology (highly regarded)
